Make a data request

Exercise your rights under GDPR — even if you don't have an account. We process some data (e.g. details you enter on a watch page, or messages you send us), and you can access or erase it here.

For access, export and erasure requests we'll email a confirmation link to the address you give. Click it to verify it's you, and we'll action your request straight away (a download link for an export, or confirmation of erasure). Other requests are reviewed within one month.

If you have an account, the quickest options are self-service: you can download your data or delete your account from Settings → Privacy & your data. Otherwise, use this form.
