Report & review
A built-in safety reporting form lets anyone flag illegal content, abusive comments or privacy concerns. We prioritise urgent reports within 24 hours and review the rest under our published safety process.
Proportionate enforcement
Breaches are handled proportionately — from a warning or a recorded strike, to a suspension that pauses broadcasting and billing, to a permanent ban for serious abuse. Every action is logged, and the account holder is emailed the reason and how to appeal.
Privacy by design
Personal data is encrypted at rest, you can export or delete your data at any time, and our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we keep and for how long.
