Safety is built in, not bolted on: stream keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, anyone can report abuse in-product, and we enforce our Acceptable Use Policy fairly and transparently.
Report & review
A built-in safety reporting form lets anyone flag illegal content, abusive comments or privacy concerns. Urgent reports are prioritised within 24 hours, and everything else is reviewed under our published safety process.
Proportionate enforcement
Breaches are handled proportionately — from a warning or a recorded strike, to a suspension that pauses broadcasting and billing, to a permanent ban for serious abuse. Every action is logged, and the account holder is emailed the reason and how to appeal.
Privacy by design
Personal data is encrypted at rest, you can export or delete your data whenever you like, and our Privacy Policy spells out exactly what we keep and for how long — no fine-print surprises.
