Safety is built in: stream keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, anyone can report abuse in the product, and the Acceptable Use Policy is enforced fairly and transparently.
Report & review
A safety form lets anyone report illegal content, abusive comments, or privacy concerns. Urgent reports are prioritised within 24 hours and all others follow the published review process.
Proportionate enforcement
Responses range from warnings and strikes to suspension or a permanent ban for serious abuse. Every action is logged and the account holder receives the reason and appeal route.
Privacy by design
Personal data is encrypted at rest and can be exported or deleted. The Privacy Policy explains what is retained and for how long.
