How do I moderate chat across multiple platforms?
When you stream to several platforms at once, your chat is split across just as many windows — and so is your moderation. A unified chat pulls every platform's messages into one feed you can read, reply to and moderate in a single place, which is far safer than tabbing between three sites mid-stream.
One feed for every platform
Stream Repeater captures chat from Twitch, Kick and YouTube (plus TikTok via the Local Agent) into a single moderation feed. You can reply as the broadcaster to any platform, and you can delete a message, time a viewer out, or ban them — the action is carried out on the source platform that supports it.
Deletions stay in sync with your overlay
A common gap with bolt-on chat tools is that deleting a message in one place leaves it on your stream overlay. Stream Repeater soft-deletes a moderated message so it drops out of your dashboard feed and your overlay chat widget together — and for Twitch, messages a moderator removes directly on the platform are mirrored back too, so your overlay never shows something you have already removed.
- Delete a message — it disappears from your feed and overlay.
- Time out or ban a user — their recent messages are hidden too.
- Twitch deletions made on-platform sync back to your overlay.
Frequently asked questions
If I delete a chat message, does it disappear from my overlay?
Yes. Moderating a message soft-deletes it, so it drops out of both your dashboard feed and your overlay chat widget at the same time.
Can I reply to chat as the broadcaster?
Yes — from the unified feed you can send a message as the broadcaster to any connected platform that supports it.
