X (Twitter) live streaming

Broadcast to X without interrupting your other platforms

X (formerly Twitter) lets creators broadcast live to their followers in-feed. Stream Repeater makes X a destination you can add and monitor next to your other platforms, using the single stream you already produce.

X (Twitter) restreaming FAQs

The questions we get asked most about streaming to X (Twitter) with Stream Repeater.

Can I go live on X and Twitch together?

Yes. Add both as destinations in Stream Repeater and each is relayed a copy from our servers off your single feed.

Does X live streaming use RTMP?

Yes — X’s live broadcast producer accepts an RTMP feed, which is exactly what Stream Repeater relays.

Will streaming to X slow my connection?
