Trials, billing and plan limits

Your plan controls features such as recording, VOD storage, retention, destinations, bandwidth and AI Streams. The Billing page shows the current plan, trial state, included limits and any scheduled change.

During a trial, test the features you need before committing: create a short recording, connect a destination, try a clip and check the storage view. A trial ending normally returns the workspace to its underlying plan unless you upgrade; it should not be confused with a failed stream or a deleted recording.

If a feature is unavailable, check entitlement and usage first. Delete test recordings or reduce destinations only when that matches your workflow. Invoices, payment status and plan changes are handled in Billing; never send payment details through chat or support tickets.
