Workspace members and permissions

Invite people to the workspace with the smallest role that lets them do their job. A producer may need stream and destination controls; an editor may need recordings and overlays; an administrator can change billing, members and security settings.

Review members before a major event and remove people who no longer need access. Do not share one login: individual accounts make the audit trail and device revocation meaningful. If someone loses a device, revoke its pairing separately from removing the person.

Before giving a contractor access, agree what they may publish, download or delete. Never put stream keys or provider API keys in a team chat. If a permission error appears, check the workspace role and the specific resource scope before changing the person to administrator.
