Scheduling AI Stream topics

Use Schedule when an AI Stream should change topic at a predictable time, such as a daily news block, a weekend theme or a one-off event.

Create a schedule block

  1. Open the AI Stream and choose Schedule.
  2. Select Weekly for repeating days or One-off event for a single date.
  3. Set the time zone, start time, duration and topic.
  4. Save the block, then check the next-24-hours preview.

The schedule changes the subject being generated; it does not start or stop the stream and it does not override the provider spend limit. A topic begins after clips already in the queue have played.

If two blocks overlap, a one-off event takes priority over a weekly block. Otherwise, the block that started most recently wins. Topics still pass through the same content checks as the main instruction. A refused block is skipped and the running order continues.
