Using guest broadcast links

Guest broadcast links let someone publish into a controlled channel without giving them your account password or workspace membership. They are useful for interviews, event contributors and temporary presenters.

Host workflow

1. Create a guest link for the intended channel.
2. Set an expiry and review whether the guest may publish once or repeatedly.
3. Send the link privately to the contributor.
4. Watch the waiting or connected state in the dashboard.
5. End the guest session when the segment finishes and revoke the link if it will not be reused.

Share guest links only with the person who needs them. Do not place them on a public overlay or social post. A guest link should not grant access to recordings, billing or workspace settings. If an unexpected guest appears, end the session and create a replacement link.
