Webhooks and developer integrations
Webhooks let your own system receive workspace events such as stream changes, destination incidents, chat activity and automation runs. They are useful for dashboards, CRM updates, Discord notifications and operational alerts.
Create one safely
Open Integrations → Webhooks, add an HTTPS endpoint, select only the event types you need and save. Use a dedicated endpoint per environment so test events cannot reach production systems. Verify the signature using the webhook secret before processing a payload.
Your endpoint should acknowledge quickly and process work asynchronously. Store the event ID and make handlers idempotent because a delivery may be retried. Return a non-2xx response only when you want another delivery attempt.
Use Test webhook with a staging endpoint first. Rotate the secret if it appears in logs, and delete endpoints that are no longer required.
