Going-live pre-flight checklist

Run this short check before an important broadcast:

1. Confirm the correct channel, title and stream metadata.
2. Check the encoder is sending the intended camera, scene and microphone.
3. Open the inbound preview and watch it for at least 30 seconds.
4. Test one destination before enabling the remaining destinations.
5. Confirm recording is on only where you need VOD.
6. Open the public watch page on a second device.
7. Check the overlay, chat campaign and moderation controls.
8. Keep the destination log and support contact available.

Start with the lowest-risk destination, then enable the rest. If the preview is healthy but a platform is not receiving, troubleshoot that destination separately. Do not rotate a channel key during a live event unless you are intentionally cutting over to a new encoder.
