When a destination is offline
If one platform is offline while the others are live, the inbound stream is usually fine — the issue is often the destination's URL, key or account state.
Quick checks
- Open the destination in the channel and confirm its stream URL and key are current.
- Check the platform's own live dashboard for scheduled broadcasts, account restrictions or a stream that is already using the key.
- Stop and start only the affected destination. Leave the other relays running.
- Confirm the destination accepts the feed's video and audio format. If it needs a different format, use a destination profile or a relay mode that supports it rather than changing every destination.
The destination log shows connection attempts and the last error returned by the platform. Keep that message when contacting support, but redact stream keys and private URLs before sharing screenshots.
If every destination is offline, check the channel's inbound status and encoder first. If the inbound preview is healthy, contact support with the channel name, affected platform and approximate time.
