VOD privacy and download permissions

Recordings belong to the workspace and should be handled like any other private business media. Use workspace permissions and the VOD controls to decide who can view or download a recording.

Before sharing a recording, check the channel, date and intended audience. Remove or trim content containing stream keys, private messages, customer information or unpublished material. Public watch pages should contain only the content you intend to publish.

Playback and download requests are authorised by the application and use short-lived access tokens. Do not put a private playback URL into an overlay or public website. If a link is shared accidentally, remove access or delete the recording and rotate any credential visible in the video.
